Shipping and Delivery

Tashee ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. For Apparel, pre-orders will take 2-3 weeks to process and ship and 3-5 Business Days for in stock items. For Reusable Face Masks, at time of purchase; processing and shipping will take 1-2 weeks ( 12-14 business days) and 2-3 weeks  (18-20 Business Days) for back orders. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Tashee is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Tashee reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 business days (from delivered date) for only In Stock items, not Custom Orders, or Face Masks. The Purification Season book is considered a custom item, due to signed copies. For a complete transaction, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be applied to your method of payment. Please label and ship the item to the address below Tashee Inc. 183 Lorraine St., Suite 3503 Brooklyn NY 11231. For Pre-Orders and Custom Orders items can be returned and adjusted for fit issues (fees may apply) within 3-5 business days, but all purchases are final sale.
